Black Truffle Oil

A finishing oil meant to mimic the incredibly rare, earthy, and musky aroma of black truffles (*Tuber melanosporum*). Most commercial truffle oils are synthesized using the chemical compound 2,4-dithiapentane rather than real truffles, providing an intense, sometimes overpowering burst of umami aroma.
