Clementine

A small, exceptionally sweet, and generally seedless citrus fruit (*Citrus × clementina*) resulting from a cross between a sweet orange and a willowleaf mandarin. Its skin is incredibly loose and easy to peel, making it a perfect raw snack, though its juice is also excellent for bright, acidic vinaigrettes.
