Cloudberry

A highly prized, rare wild berry (*Rubus chamaemorus*) native to alpine and arctic tundras, resembling an amber-colored raspberry. They possess a completely unique, tart flavor profile reminiscent of baked apples and floral honey, most commonly preserved in jams or served warm over Swedish cheese.
