Dried Chervil

The dried version of the delicate spring herb (*Anthriscus cerefolium*). Because its subtle parsley-anise flavor is extremely fragile, it survives the drying process poorly; it is best used in large quantities in light, cream-based sauces where it won't be overpowered by other ingredients.
