Dried Rosemary

The dehydrated, needle-like leaves of *Salvia rosmarinus*. Because the leaves are tough and resinous, they retain their powerful pine, wood, and citrus flavor flawlessly when dried. Due to their sharp, brittle texture, they should be minced finely or crushed in a mortar before being added to roasted meats or breads.
