Dukkah

A traditional Egyptian condiment consisting of a coarse mixture of roasted nuts (usually hazelnuts), sesame seeds, coriander, cumin, and salt. It provides an immediate, incredibly satisfying, crunchy, and savory-spicy burst of flavor, traditionally eaten by dipping bread in olive oil and then into the mixture.
