Palm Oil

A highly saturated, semi-solid fat extracted from the fleshy fruit of oil palms (*Elaeis guineensis*). Refined palm oil is completely neutral in flavor and boasts incredible oxidative stability, making it the globally dominant, workhorse fat used in commercial baking and processed snack foods.
