Rice Bran Oil

A highly stable oil extracted from the hard outer brown layer (bran) of rice grains. It boasts an exceptionally high smoke point (450°F / 232°C) and a very mild, slightly nutty flavor, making it a highly prized, premium oil for deep-frying delicate foods like Japanese tempura without imparting greasy flavors.
