Table Salt

A highly refined, fine-grained salt consisting of nearly 100% pure sodium chloride, typically mined from underground salt deposits. Because its grains are uniformly small and dense, it dissolves instantly in water, though it is incredibly easy to over-salt dishes if measuring by volume instead of weight.
