White Truffle Oil

A finishing oil meant to mimic the incredibly rare, pungent aroma of the white Alba truffle (*Tuber magnatum*). It relies on synthesized aromatic compounds (primarily bis(methylthio)methane) to provide a piercing, garlicky, and deeply musky aroma intended to elevate neutral dishes like risotto or mashed potatoes.
