Yuzu

A highly aromatic, bumpy, and tart citrus fruit (*Citrus junos*) native to East Asia. It produces very little juice, but its intensely fragrant zest offers a profoundly complex, floral aroma that tastes like a hybrid of lemon, mandarin, and grapefruit, famously used to flavor ponzu sauce.
