Blackberry

An aggregate fruit (*Rubus*) composed of many tiny, juice-filled drupelets. They provide a complex, earthy, and slightly tart flavor with a noticeable seed crunch, cooking down beautifully into rich, dark jams and reductions that pair surprisingly well with game meats.
